Our history...

Ed Wong started farming onions in Idaho in 1946, followed by his son Ralph Wong, who entered the business in the late 1950s, followed by his son and current owner John Wong who began farming onions in 1984, and his son Tanner has since joined the family business in 2012.

"Onions have always been our family passion. “With growth, there was a natural progression toward vertical integration from the farm, to packaging and sales. That is one thing that is different about us. When companies buy onions from Champion Produce, they are buying them directly from us, the farm source.”
